Services

Specialties of our Practice

• We offer comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of ADHD in children, adolescents, and adults. We also offer the Play Attention® neurofeedback system for ADHD.
  
  
• We have psychopharmacolgy expertise in complex psychiatric disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, developmental disabilities, substance abuse issues, and anxiety disorders in children and adolescents.
  
  
• We provide psychopharmacology management for adults ages 18-50 with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and developmental disabilities. Dual diagnosis medication management services are also offered when the patient is involved with appropriate outpatient substance treatment services. Suboxone is available as well.
  
  
• Dr. Brown provides consultation to adults with substance abuse issues in conjunction with ACER (Addiction Counseling and Education Resources) with offices located throughout the New Orleans metropolitan area. Supervised Suboxone treatment therapies for opiate detoxification are available. Please phone the directly at 985.690.6622 to schedule services.
  
  
• For individuals ages 18 and older with chronic mental illness in need of more intensive outpatient care, Dr. Brown and Community Care Hospital in Slidell, LA, provide both IOP and partial hospital programming. Please call .985.643.8990 for more information.
